This page explains, in plain words, what this site collects when you answer the quick questions or book a call, what we do with it, and how to ask us to delete it.
What we collect
Qualifier answers
Your store link, your market, your monthly revenue, your monthly ad spend, your budget range and your timeline, as you type or pick them.
Contact details
Your name and email, and your WhatsApp number if you choose to add it.
How you found us
The link you came from: campaign tags in the address (utm_source and similar), the referring site, and whether you opened the page inside Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or Snapchat.
Analytics, only if enabled
If Google Analytics or the Meta pixel is switched on for the site, they record which pages you open and which buttons you tap. When they are off, nothing is sent to them.
Why we collect it
To decide whether we can help your store, to prepare for your call, to reply to you, and to see which links bring in the right brands. We do not sell your details.
Who else sees it
The services that run the site and the booking: our hosting provider; the spreadsheet we keep leads in (Google Sheets), which receives all your answers, your contact details and how you found us; the email service that delivers your answers to us; the scheduling tool that books the call, where your answers are filled in on its booking form for you; and the analytics tools above when they are on. Each only receives what it needs for its job.
How long we keep it
We keep your answers for as long as we are in touch with you, and delete them on request.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or object to analytics, by emailing us. We will reply within a reasonable time.
Who we are
Sight Dept. is run by Karim, a conversion optimisation consultant. Sight Dept. is not registered as a company in the UAE, the EU or the UK. Company details will be added here once the lawyer has confirmed them.
